Not very jammy: thin, and acidic with some cranberry, vinegar, light pool toy, ketchup, and lemon. Disappointing for my favorite Kriek, but it’s been very inconsistent the last few years

Sport overload today and massively enjoyed another masterclass by the mighty Cav @#tdf. This is perfect on a warm☀️ afternoon, beautifully nuanced tart cherries, on point acidity and just a hint of funk. A delight 😋⚽🇧🇪

Dans les mêmes conditions, j’ai gardé 6 bouteilles du même assemblage qui ont eu exactement le même parcours. Tellement changeant d’une bouteille à l’autre, sur les 3: une imbuvable, une extraordinaire - goût de griotte phénoménal - et celle-ci "correcte"

7 JANUARY 2020-Sour/tart flavors have really increased. April 2020 bottle was more lightly sweet cherry w/ light lemon. This one is more tart cherry w/ more intense sour lemon. The April 2020 bottle I had in March 2021 was probably my personal prime.

En porrón siemepre mola más. Pese a que últimamente Cantillon peque de hacer birras más comerciales, mola mucho. Tonque funky, avinagrado pero con mucha cereza al principio y final más dulce de lo normal
