Finally here! 😍 Lucid, deep gold beer. Nose: dry white wine, acidic, a hint of green grape, very faint sour peach and something citrusy. The palate is soft, green grape, dry white wine, distant sour peach, raw green gooseberry, green apple, wild yeast.

G: vineus, metalig, zuur, fruitig. S: zoetig, lichte zuur, meloen, houtig, fruitig, zacht. f: hooiig, suikerig, appel. floraal, fruitig.

Peu d'acidité, pas mal d'amertume et un petit côté fumé / prune cuite sur une base de vin blanc doux

We blijven gaan bij Canti! Troebele kleur waarbij het aroma doet watertanden. Alles is zeer zacht en subtiel in dit bier. Wederom een leuk, fris zuurtje maar naarmate hij op temperatuur kwam, groeide de smaak. Beetje misplaatst in onze opbouw
