In combinatie met de eend, in zoutkorst gegaard, truffels, macadamia noten, onovertroffen. Implosie van de tong tot diep in de slokdarm. Fruitigheid met een stevig edoch uiterst subtiel zuurtje. Wahnsinn.

Musty with some dried orange peel. Good amount of depth, but doesn't quite hit what I expect from gueuze. Very good water profile though.

Wow, that is very, very special. Sarah thinks it tastes like bicarbonate of soda & cleaning products, but I would say that’s easily the best beer I’ve ever drank. Gorgeous.

Лол англичане не выпили бутылку за 3 часа. 4.45 Smoke, hay, green apple, pear, cinnamon. A bit of a damp smell. Sharp citric acid but offset by extra sweetness. Very bitter finish that also helps distinguish sweeter fruitier notes of strawberry, kiwi 1/

BD 27/04/15. Geur best wel funky, veel hout, beetje stoffig, iets paardedeken/stal, wat gistig. Sm sl aan, halfzuur, zoetje, zeer vol, redelijk acidic, iets citrus, vooral veel funk, flink lange zeer droge afdronk met veel hout. Mooi en heftig. 4,25+

Pour clean with a thin head a fruity nose along with a smooth, balanced, dry and tart body. Loved it! Buy it if you find it!
