Slight carbonation, medium to high acidity and polish nail on background. Lemonish and grapefruit. So tart and persistent. Goes towards a worsen polish again when warmer but not taking over still. Brett and blanket too. Grassy flavors.

Probably the least interesting. Tastes a bit young and less character all the way around. Let’s see how this one develops over time.

Watery in the beginning, and bitterness comes afterwards suddenly. Not balanced.

Lovely classic cantillon nose. Could probably settle a bit more. Tart funk, some Brett and a touch of stone fruit

Great gueuze flavours of old citrus, oak and dry Funk. Flat as can be so the other bottles are getting tucked away for a few years.

Lemon lime zest, mineral water, and super flat. It's fine, but definitely prefer the OG.

On goûte la base de geuze. Citronné, vraiment très faible carbonisation, quasiment absente. Léger

4.1; if it wasn’t flat it would be a lot better. Thanks

Nearly still. Interesting experience. Might hold onto my others for a while to see how they age.
