Mało kwaśny, dziki, kwiatowy. Niskie nasycenie. Pestkowy, cytrynowy, grzeczna stajnia. Skórzane, ściągające, trochę słodkie, agrestowe. Bardzo ułożone piwo.

Absolutely delicious. The spicy dry hop notes meld beautifully with the base lambic.

Interessant med en ferskere Iris. Mørkt. Urter... mynte?!? Eple, pære, eddik, sitron, funk, ost, eik, vanilje, barnyard, horseblanket, hvit pepper, fersken, gress, deig, jord, kjeks, og mer. Nokså lav karbonering.

Classy and elegant, yet rustic. Hoppy w/ huge cereal base. Malty backbone. Tart fruits. Pear, apple, grapes. Slightly sweet. Wild and dry. Bretta feel. Minor farm notes. Quite basic. Low bodied, mineral, spritzy. Quite refreshing. Less aggressive Lambic.

L’hospitalité légendaire de Jean-Rene G. est connu de tous, mais cette fois il s’est dépassé! Encore un énorme merci Jean-Rene G. pour ce petit bijou de Cantillon. La bière? Splendide. Acidité modérée. Citronnée avec la présence de barrique bien balancée.

Świetny rocznik. Skórzano-serkowo-skarpetowy lambik z wysoką goryczką. Dość ściągający, wytrawny, relatywnie mało kwaśny. Piwo bardzo lekkie w odbiorze. Pyszne!
