Huge raspberry on first pour out of the bottle. Then raspberry, farm and a whole heap of tartness to the taste.

Poging 2, maar blijf toch bij mijn eerste indruk. Zuur en fruitig, rode bessen en framboos. Maar ook iets aardachtigs, vooral in de smaak. Doet denken aan rode biet.

#200. Little carbonation. Aroma is more clearly raspberry than taste. Still very fruity after a year. There’s an underlying flavour and I’m not sure what it is. Earthy, but in a nice way.

One of my all-time faves, but I don't know that I've ever had it THIS fresh. Uber, uber acetic tartness. Raspberry won't quit. Utter stunner.

One of their day to day beers of which I wished I could have one at least one a week or every month. The raspberry is still fresh and shining with a mild tartness and very elegant sourness, no aggressive acidity as one is used to from Cantillon.

C'est bon et super riche pour une bière si légère, nonobstant je soupçonne un marketing un peu trop hype pour cette brasserie. Cela dit, ça reste vraiment top tier quand même ! C'est la folie un peu hein !
