Zot goed, en als eerste op untappd om hem in te checken. 100 mannenpunten en een cognac vat voor ons. Vol smaak, toch in balans.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with assorted cheeses. A lot has happened in a year and this is really starting to flourish now. Delicious!

Superb. Time did this well. Cognac instilled dark fruit / prune in the background of what was ultimately a very balanced brew, including lemon, orange peel, warm / old apple (yes, that worked in the mix), nice tartness and very nice funk. Awesome. 4.55
