Quite nice, the fruity ones help with the sour. This one is more sour than the others.

Zwanze 2022: forte prorompenza dell’uva con cenni di frutti rossi, prugna e tannini in grande spicco. Molto molto vinosa, sarebbe bello riprovarla tra un po’ di anni per vederne l’evoluzione e fin dove potrebbe arrivare l’influenza del Lambic.

2022. Heel fruitig (blauwe druif, kriek, donker fruit), amandel (marsepein). Vineus. Uitstekende balans tussen zoete en zure fruitigheid! Deze is echt goed!

Deep cherries, blue grapes. Really like a dessert wine. Deep fruity flavours. Broad, mild sour aftertaste. Great beer, a bit young and sharp but already rich and complex. This lambic will certainly improve with age.

Absolute 🔥 wine-ish lambic. Tart, vinous, peppery spice, rich grape sweetness and a bit of briny Brussels funk to balance it all out. Color is glowing and beautiful. Fizzy carb that dissipates fast. Psyched to find this one in Paris.
