flat, a little thick, juicy, candied grapes, bitter tannic aftertaste. didn't enjoy it that much this time

not quite a fan of Lambics in general but this one has a lot of potential. give it 2-3 more years and see what happens. definite Muscat note which blends in well with the Cantillon flavour profile. but not quite there yet.

När Kju bjuder på en blind vet man aldrig om man ska sätta så högt som möjligt eller så lågt som möjligt😂😅🤷♂️ Nu var det dock en relativt bra öl och jag satte för lågt så blev varnad.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Perfume nose and juice flavour. Another one that feels quite young but if can keep the nose while being cellared for a couple of years I suspect it’ll be amazing!
