Oak aroma with lambic aroma. Acidic, slightly sweet. Dry and funky.

This must rest before one dives into it. Original aroma might be a bit off putting, but tastes nothing like the first sniff. I’m really liking how this improves after resting.

Last one from the Quint, and hope to be back in 2 years...! I must say I really liked this one. Maybe still young so not extremely complex, but absolutely well balanced, deep and interesting. And a great way to finish, drinking almost a bottle of it 😅

This was very oak and vanilla driven, great roundness and funkiness. Medium-low acetic acid on the back of the throat. It’s a stellar lineup and it delivers.
