This one never was a favorite of mine, but today I realized that it works very well with food and eating an apricot or a cherry tomato the beer feels quite salty afterwards. Low carbonation, vinous, flat and funky.

Last beer in Santa Cruz shared with Sean, Larry, and Grif. 11/22/22 bottling at $29.99. Insane for bar pricing, but not surprising at Lupulo. Might be my favorite beer bar in the country. Happy 9th Anniversary! 4.7

First time I see an unblended lambic. And to be fair, I prefer it a bit more sour (hence why everyone blends), but it's a damn fine drink anyway. Oh yeah, also my first beer as a resident of Paris 🥖
