More carbonation than 3 days ago, it makes lambic not too watery. Still huge berry flavor, layered with silky vanilla note.

Good balance between blueberry & raspberry this year, almost predominant blueberry 🫐, still sweet vanilla presence, dry finish, that goes well 👍 4.3

No acidity, no carbonation. Just raspberry and blueberry taste with silky flavor. Too watery, thats what I'm disappointed.

LCI hier. Une première pour moi, et une première forcément réussie puisque l'équilibre y est parfait. J'aime beaucoup le rôle joué par la vanille de Madagascar, magistralement dosée pour contrebalancer l'acidité fruitée !
