Cet équilibre framboise, myrtille, vanille avec juste ce qu'il faut d'acidité ! Toujours aussi agréable. On y revient avec plaisir.

Hyper marrant ce côté «pastry » Cantillon. Très marrant, c’est bon et original pour la brasserie.

Tart strawberry & blueberry notes in the nose. Can totally appreciate the quality lambic at its core. tart but not overly acidic, highly vinous, and and special tasting. The ratio seems damn near perfect, where blueberry tannin balances the seedy quality
