Goed zuur, in de eerste slok zelfs heel zuur. Hoe langer hij staat, hoe beter hij smaakt. Droge afdronk. Duidelijk smaak van framboosjes, rood fruit. Gewoon goed, zeker in het zonnetje

Tot nu toe één van de zuurdere cantillons die ik heb gedronken. Mooie fruit toetsen. Het is voorak de rode fruit smaak die blijft hangen . Vanille met ik echt naar zoeken. Deze komt subtiel terug

Lots of raspberry upfront followed by a subtly sweet berries and cream flavour all underpinned by a complex tannic cirtrusy tartness. Finishes very dry with a lasting sour rhubarb and custard sweetie flavour. Lovely!

Dark raspberry colour and flavour to match. Not the sourest Cantillon I've had but I'd be happy to be embalmed in it before lighting the flame. Assuming that I was dead of course, bit difficult to discern these days...

Magic lambic is altijd wel fijn. Wel meer framboos dan vanille, veel meer framboos dan ik eigenlijk verwacht had als herinnering aan vorige jaren.
