Yep, it’s a sour. A very hard to find in the US sour, which was cool. Glad to have the chance to try something from Brasserie Cantillon.

My favorite of the seasonals, I prefer it with some age but wanted to try relatively fresh. Nice and light, fruit forward but not dominant

Snagged a sneaky Nath off-menu. amazing afternoon for it. wild mouth feel. big and cheesy at the front which the 'barb cuts straight through mid-palate

Super juicy and tart and acidic. Great natural rhubarb flavors. Last lambic in Paris before a flight home early tomorrow. What a week. Much love to Paris and especially to Brussels.

Fruity nose, big tart punch, lingering dry finish. Quite a bit different than most Cantillon gueuze

LCI. Very light and fresh tasting rhubarb sour from Cantillon. The fruit is tart rather than sour. It's best to drink these without aging to enjoy the sensational fruit content

Authentic rhubarb over the classic cantillon lambic base.

Drinking much better from the bottle than it did on draft back in August last year. More developed funk but the rhubarb still shines nicely. 4.15

Deze rabarber is iets zoeterder. Maar over het algemeen toch wat lichter dan de concurrentie.
