Burunda biraz yakıcılık var çok arkada. Hafif aseton ve yine sirke. Kuru fasülye ve teri andıran kokular. Yeşil elma, ayva. Karbonasyon oldukça fazla. Yeşil, yapraksı. Olmamış meyveler. Orta derecede ekşi. Kekik. Hafif tuz var gibi. 🍻

Consistent 90th percentile. Love the integration at the moment. Sweet sour, the unpleasant over sweet character is fading. Super nice

Nog even bij Cantillon langs op de terugreis. Prachtig. Witte wijn, druif, mooie funk en heerlijk verfrissend en droog/kruidig in de finish..

Aroma is very complex and intense, taste as well. Medium-low acidity, good carbonation. Very spicy, ginger, grapeskin.

7% abv. Do not realy like sour beers but i do know how to rate them. Only problem most of the time is my belly. But yeah, in my opinion over rated over hyped beer it is Cantillon. So ok, taste it, cherries/medium sour/ vinous.. ok brew.. good

The aged grapes provide a slight peppercorn spiciness to the lambic. Fantastic.

4.4. Heerlijk geuzetje, klein zoetje (maar das niet echt volgens de barman). Doet minder denken aan de vin de paille die ik de vorige keer had.
