Аромат сладкий, изюма. Вкус сложный вначале сладкий. Очень напоминает итальянское десертное вино. Хорошие ноты винограда, дерево, перец, луговые травы. Но потом накатывает кислинка со всей крассой бреттов и смешивается с этими винными составляющими.
