Effervescent, lovely balanced acidity, the fruit reminds a blueberry with similar tartness but perhaps more intense, well carbonated and fresh.

more funky and less acidic than usual from Cantillon, pretty thicc for a lambic, plenty of fruit flavor. tastes of krekling+bush, there’s a norwegian heather vibe to it. superfun, thanks Stian !
