Bottled 26-Sept-2022. Musty, tart, soft acidity, bright, lively, lemon, citrus zest, stone fruit (peach); very welcoming yet multi-layered. Great beer.

'22 Cantillon Gueuze vs 3F Geuze challenge: this has a more distinctive citrus funk. Delicious blend.

Ça faisait un moment que je n'avais pas dégusté une Cantillon relativement "jeune". Plus sur les agrumes (citron, orange), fraîche, bright. Un peu de fromage mais pas trop funky. Boisée, sèche.

Tydelig syre selvfølgelig, men enormt godt blandet med malt og gær smag. Eftersmagen er fantastisk og et godt alternativt til bitterhed.
