Maybe a bit stuffier due to a slight cork problem, but hasn't been contaminated. It's still Rosé de Gambrinus. 40/50.

Le côté fruité a diminué beaucoup avec le temps... Je peux pas dire que c'est plus funky, juste moins fruité. Meilleure fraiche!!!

Ma dernière! Pas pire. Moins acide et plus fruitée que ma dernière je pense. Mais pas faché d'en avoir fini avec ça haha

Raspberries had faded in taste, but are present in the aroma. Some vinegar notes, along with lemon and funk. Good, but I prefer it when it's fresh. It gets more acidic as it ages.

A raspberry shotgun blast, maximun fruity intensity, definitely more sour than I remember it, with a tiny lemony note.

This developed some strong funk, more than typical by quite a bit. Strong barnyard/feet with a little sulfer that overwhelms the fruit & acidity. Was a bottle from a trade, prob not stored the best before I got my hands on it. Bummer.
