Finally got to try this beer. An absolute masterful blend of 2 and 3 yr lambic aged in cognac, rum, marsala barrels 🤌.

Bretty, leather, tobacco, musty apple. Fuller bodied, balanced, oaky, earthy. Acidity is mellow apple vinegar. Great barrel notes.

Naso wild, con frutta gialla, floreale, citrico e leggera frutta rossa. In bocca parte mielosa e dolce, per poi virare su note acide più classiche, zesty e citrico. Leggera astringenza sul finale a ripulire la bevuta. Pazzesca, buonissima.
