Zo plat als een dubbeltje. Subtiele houttonen en iets peperachtigs. Apart maar geen WOW factor. Wel mooi om deze onbekende te kunnen drinken. Tot zover mijn dry January 🙈.

4.4 - very flat, lightly herbal (dill?), lemon, apples, hay, light smoke, gentle wood. Rather acidic. Nice! Cheers!

Ik mis echt koolzuur. Maar wel een aparte lambik. Wat funky, bittertje, zuurtje, eikenhout, vanille, en iets van karamel ofzo. Doet me denken aan sherry
