Freshie Boi is fun to crack. The apricots are subtle, but add to the overall flavor. Cool this is now just like on menus and people aren’t elbowing each other to get it when in public. Stored vertically but served in a (super nice) lambic basket? 😬.

Fruit is distinctly apricot, but more subtle than anticipated with this bottle being less than four months old. Finishes smoothly with a touch of creaminess to go with the standard acidity.

What a beautiful fucking beer. Soft and pillowy. Punchy and tart apricot. Building funk. I’d bathe in this if I could.
