I do love a St Lam but I don’t think I’ve had it this fresh before. Bottled November. It’s packed full of juicy grape, a little bitterness in the finish, tart, low funk, crushable. I real easy drinker. Delicious

Best St. Lam since years. Beyond the powerful new grapes added — complexity from Syrah and Grenache — I think it sit in the bottle for the proper time before release. Vinous, acidic, complex taste of wood, tannic, tartness all mixed in the best way. 4.60

Aslinshare 2023. Purfärsk lamvinus. Tack Marcus T. som tog vägen via Belgien. Ovanligt fylligt intryck för Cantillon. Brutala druvor även här. Sträv skalbeska, men med värme öppnar den upp sig i fylligare röd fruktighet.

Flat, vinous, very smooth tartness. Could definitely do with more aging, but it's honestly a very pleasant grapey lambic-juice. Could go very well with some dessert.

Cantillon. On tap. And still, amazing. Super tasty and rich. Nose is wine, vanilla and a slightly hint of tobacco. Mouth is pure wine, deep, bit sour, super pleasant. I loved it.

칸티용이 워낙 시다는 이야기를 들어서 안 마시고 있다가 이번에 쉐어링을 통해 먹어볼 수 있었다 감사할 따름 캐스캐이드만큼은 아니지만 역시 산미가 찌르듯 강했고 탄닌감이 꽤 강해 와인 뉘앙스를 직관적으로 던졌다 아직 람빅 경험치가 많지 않지만 개인적으로는 뭔가 몽키쉬... 친구 같다는 생각을 하게 만드는 날카로움이 있었다
