An absolutely incredible beer. I've had some beers of this style in Canada that came close, but this one hits just the right balance between fruit, tart, and funk.

Honestly 4.6 but uprank for the amazing pairing. Slightly better than the last time! This vintage is absolutely the best of all worlds. Funky tannins, crisp, slightly acidic. Potato - fried potato skin - gremolata - beef cheeks.

An absolute banger! Strong and welcome vinous notes. Fresh and aged fruit notes. Dry tannic finish. Warming. Damn fine! 4.80
