Dunkel, trocken, Balsamico, sehr speziell. Toller, langer Nachgeschmack Erinnert mich an ein Gipfe von Bierol...aber welches weiss ich nicht.

Honestly 4.6 but uprank for the amazing pairing. Slightly better than the last time! This vintage is absolutely the best of all worlds. Funky tannins, crisp, slightly acidic. Potato - fried potato skin - gremolata - beef cheeks.

Lidt undervældende så nok en lille 4.5, men forventningerne var også høje. Det smager jo stadig godt det skidt

Red grape skins, with *that* Cantillon funk. Juicy grapes become latterly dry. Tight, spritzy carb.

Lekker sapje maar weinig diepgang. Had er iets meer van verwacht.

lci. wonderful mix of grapes throughout. light musk light sour light tart. super clean + smooth. could close my eyes and say “a slightly thicker wine - huh”. not as much of any particular fruit as i’d like
