With rarity comes over-charging. And with hype comes a sense of entitlement that a beer geek feels that what they should feel that a beer tastes good. This is a very tame and uninteresting fruit lambic, especially compared to Fou Foune or Blåbær.

This was another that benefitted from the wine pairing. Love this blend of the beer - and the wine was just as exceptional.

2018。ランビックも感じなくはないけど、タンニン！後味まで渋い苦味。でもスッキリしてる。お高い赤ワインなのに美味しい〜、みたいな印象。そもそもワイン詳しくない...。こんな輩が飲んでいい代物だったのか...。
