Smells like haribo’s, has a very sour taste but can really taste the blueberries coming through!

Tough one! Manure, horse blanket, very funky, dry, kind of hard to taste or smell the blueberries. Not quite approachable

2021 vintage - not as fruitforward as hoped. Nice lambic, but not much more. Might havde served it a bit too cold.. Will try again.

Aroma and taste very funky, a lot going on there. Bit dextrose linger.

Stro, eiken en wat bessen in de geur. Wat blauwe bessen met een stevige zuurheid, stro en funky tonen van de lambiek. Minder complex als de vorige maar zeker niet slecht.

2018. - 375ml. Heavy vinegar, thin fruit. Remember liking this much more back in the day, sigh.

Bottle at Cantillon brewery. Quite a rich blueberry and actually blackcurrent aroma, taste of the fruit is quite subtle. Light, effervescent, blackcurrent, blueberry. Moderately tart and dry.
