Bit thin but the further you go the more flavors and balance there is to discover. Reminded me a bit of yoghurt (lacto sours) with red fruit. Some Cantillon funk & red grapes. Drinks very easy. Nice stuff. Thanks Mark B. & Olaf D.

Un peu surpris par celles-ci. Très plate, très peu d'odeur et ne s'améliore pas vraiment en se réchauffant. Le fond de bouteilles était un peu meilleur. Peut-être juste une mauvaise bouteille ? :/

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with isterband and beetroots. Deep vacuum blue grapes and mellow acidity. Tasty but still very you and lacking in complexity. I have high hopes for this one in the future!
