Very good bottle but lacks the peppery and spicy notes typical of Lambic D'Aunis

4.3ish. Best grape lambic tied with plaisir 2023 today. Super enjoyable and integrated. Wish there was more typical aunis balck pepper funk!

Despite a thin lactic note at the beginning at nose, it is pretty complex and opens a lot after getting warmer. Vinous, tart, slightly funk. Needs time in my opinion.
