I heard that took it off the sale board as it needs more rest to carb more. No idea, don't know anything about it, I just drink. For sale by the glass at the bar. And for me it's just fine. Cheers.

Floral notes, but plain body, lacking congruence with the aroma. Acidity isn't sharp or enduring, missing the typical barnyard decay and earthy wild yeast notes like bottle one. Coarse, but with a hint of bitterness, resembling more saison.

Probably/supposedly this fresh a batch, and the hoppiness makes it plausible.

Slight funk but such a drinkable beer. Wonderful nuance. I get apricot notes.

Latest batch with new label, still the same great bright/hoppy/dry taste. Definitely needs a bit of age on it!
