It’s hard to sum up a well made gueuze becuase I’ve never had one without the requisite parts of brightness, acidity, mild wood and floral/sherberty goodness. It’s about balance and this one balanced them all brilliantly.

It's very strange having this amongst other lambics because it's almost tasteless. On its own, it's super complex and musty

The start to an epic morning. Cantillon Gueuze is excellent. I love drinking it alongside all the interesting bottles to come!

Lovely drink in the sun. Light funk, woody notes, quite tasty.

Bright fruity funky nose. Fruit forward to start each sip followed by funk. I could drink gallons of this beer.
