Not going to say where I got or had this. Thank you, Paul!

Many thanks to my wife for sweet talking the guy at the counter into checking the back room for this one. Bitter and tart up front followed by a slightly sweet white oak with a little grapefruit pith in the back of the mouth. Crisp mouth too. Nice.

Cantillon always serving it up with an extra dose of funk. Tangy cheesy rotten oranges, earth, and horse blanket. A funk sandwich of incredible proportions.

One of my favorite beers of all time and it is always a treat when someone cracks a bottle. This one came off a touch sharp when drank alongside a 16-year-old bottle.

Couldn't make it to Zwanze Day at Beachwood, so I'll drink a bottle I got from their cellar sale instead. What is there to say? It's lemony tart with a nice grassy note and surprisingly mellow funk. It's not just sharp edges either, nice texture.

Very nice - I’ve always liked classic gueuze just a skosh more than the Bio. Maybe it’s in my head, but I just feel like the funk profile is a bit more full and assertive. Thanks for sharing Jeff R.

Clean, tart, oak, smooth sour taste. Moderately acidic.

Woof that is lambic. Strap in, kids. Oak and dry, chardonnay. But damn, it’s clean.

A bit crisp and sour apples with an underlaying funk - well balanced ! One of those I could drink all the time 👌
