Smaking av Levain Savagnin, Cantillon La Vie Est Belge og Tissot Chateau Chalon (vin), samme drue. Levain tørr syrlig eplesidereddik, hazy hvit. Oransj Cantillon mer restsødme, større og rundere, og vinen har den vakre vin jaune-oksideringen. Nydelig.

So young. Not getting a lot of nuttiness in comparison to the wine, yet the complexity should increase over time. Pretty amazing so young nonetheless
