The vibrant cherry notes have muted but the quality and color are still there. Very nice. 4.3/5.

GW Bottle Share Beer #10. My share. Smell is leathery, gueuze funk, hint of berries. Wow, what a flavour. Sweet cherry, cola, strawberry, slightly grassy. Cherry hit but loads of stuff going on. Hint of honey? Pear? Quince? Exceptional, so close to 4.5.

Nez: bien griotte (fruitée, acidulée), brett bouche: rafraîchissante sèche et boisée, griotte (fruit, noyaux). Final cerise un peu acide, sec, boisé et légèrement astringent
