Stilletjesaan de kelder aan het uitdunnen. Zeer lekker deze. Al drink ik fruitlambieken toch mss liever wat jonger.

Nyt on hapan, kuin pihlajanmarja ilman sokeria. Häivähdys kirsikkaa, enimmäkseen tuoksussa. Tuoreen kirsikan kanssa 4/5.

Tydelig kirsebær i A. Mer samt grønne epler, stikkelsbær og hint av vanilje. Fin syre. Lang søt mot lett tørrende druestein. Nydelig.

Well helloooooooooo. Mega sharp sourness to make your tongue pucker up, followed by a nice round aged jammy sweetness. Welcome back to the pub 🍻

08Dec2015, 75cl. Faded cherry flesh, slight noyaux on top of mild acidity and a wispy body. Unknown cellar conditions. Showing some farty sulphur notes.

Lots of dark berries on the nose - cherry, raspberry, maybe strawberry. A bit woody. Reddish tawny. Tart. Dark fruits give sweetness followed by some drying tannins.

7 years in the cupboard, the cherry has faded a bit from the 2018, but the underlying lambic hasn’t developed the same layers that the 2012 and 2010 display. Probably the weakest of these 4.

Great for over 6 years old. No more sour than it was fresh. Lot of additional funk. Fruit faded some
