Le bonbon est là en fait mais avec un étonnant côté vert râpeux (mineur) astringent comparé aux millésimes plus récents. Pas logique mais délectable still

Draft. Not super fruity or pastry 🤣. Quite good balanced. Tastes like ume+cherry+cooked beetroot, a little bit toasty.

Au nez ça sent trees fort la vanille et la framboise, en bouche ça fait vraiment pastry, c'est hyper gourmand, l'acidité équilibre un peu le tout

La 1ere de la soirée au TTO que j’avais oublié de noter. Un peu ambitieux de partir sur une 25cl au premier abord mais ils sont descendus facilement ! C’est super bon et adoucit par la vanille

Something about this bar, this is the best magic I’ve had too, so much raspberry but the first time vanilla has been noticeable in it!

LCI at the start of the night I would have said this would be the winner, but surprisingly it finished in 4th and even the Vignerrone was only a whisker behind it. We all agreed probably a bit to aggressively sharp, I liked the vanilla, others not so much
