Pretty darn good. The rhubarb perfectly folds into the Cantillon acidity and overall character. Super complimenting, great tartness and acidity with the earthy funk balancing it out quite well. Further notes of earthy strawberry, raspberry, cherry skins

Delikatny jak na Natha. Soczysty, słodki, przyjemnie i Intensywnie rabarbarowy. Dzikość raczej grzeczna, ale przyjemnie szczypie. No i nie śmierdzi xD

Confused after trying several batches of Nath draft and bottled versions, always occasions where the taste is somewhat diluted, with noticeably lower acidity and a more transparent body. After warming up, little flavors of rhubarb and herbal notes.

Oesu. To już nie stajnia, a taka sroga obora. Rabarbarowe, świeże takie. Aromat naprawdę może odrzucać, ale w smaku lekkie, mineralne, kwaśne.

ligeramente dulce, me gustó que contrasta bastante bien con el queso Brie ya que resalta notas herbales que sutilmente me recuerda como a epazote 🍻
