A perennial favorite, this may need a bit more time to develop some funk and spiciness. Rhubarb and the associated spontaneous notes are exquisite, a bit sweeter, fizzy and bubbly. Final notes of apricot and some aloe vera

Between 4.25 and 4.5 Amazing beer, funky, some burnyard, citrus peel, not too sour, has some residual sweetness from the rhubarb. Not sure if i prefer tilquin or cantillon rhubarb lambic. Both are amazing.

Fun Drinking Criminal hits 9000... As is tradition, I ve got to have something special for a thousandth check in, and this most certainly is. Sweet with loads of jammy rhubarb. Fantastic!

Kept coming back for more sips. The rhubarb gives it a hint of bitterness. But such a clean beer from sip to swallow. Subtle and complex. Thank you for sharing Damian!
