Au nez ça sent les Galeries de la Capitale. C'est clean, léger funk, vinaigrée et boisée, gros raisin blanc style Chardonnay avec un brin de tannins, abricot, finale sur le sucre des céréales. Incroyable!

4.2 - 2023 and 22 versions of plaisir are definitely much better than previous. This version is still too sweet, but a lot of various good characteristics. Looking forward forward checking in again!

Makeshift Zwanze day. The Brasserie has grown a lot since my visit a decade ago! The bar used to be a shack with barrel seats, now it’s an entire upstairs lounge. Delicate, minerally, fruity. Just the right amount of sour.
