在前一天喝了超级多Lambic后，真的很高兴有这么一款柔和的。一年前在米兰喝到的几乎没有酸味，略显平淡。这次的有了一些酸味，搭配葡萄带来的复杂微妙的味道很棒。

Clean. Almost surprisingly clean. Minerally. Then WHACK - a dry, highly tannic melange of grapes hit. That flavour builds, as does the green apple and oakiness. Tight carb but it doesn't bite - feel remains fairly soft. Gentle but brilliant.

Subtle, dry and sour. It’s very smooth and vinous, with some strong apple tones. Really pleasant.

Équilibre parfait fruit/vin/plaisir. Pas de violence d'acide. Ça se pinte, ça se déguste. Wow magique. Un vrai délice belle texture en bouche.

Belgium trip: I was impressed by the variant 2021, but this 2023 was just ok. Nothing too punchy. 4.15⬆️

Beautiful beer, actually. Probably the best balance I've had in a real while between acetic and malts. You get that freshly squeezed wine grape skin side, but there's a cereal making everything become just beautiful. What a beer. C'est un vrai plaisir.
