Plat maar wel vol van smaak. Net als Hildegard D. Amper koolzuur. Goed sloeberspul, dat wel.

Fruity on the nose and to taste. On the back end it gets a sharp. Aftertaste is malty and bitter. Not the best aftertaste for me but just have more and the first rate may overpower the aftertaste.

Paired with Thai holy basil chicken wings which was a delicious pairing! Still a hint “thick” and dry hopping is definitely more grassy than ripe cheese but a delicious base nonetheless and I look forward to the years treating the rest of my bottles well.

A lot bitter than what I expected. Smells young and furry. The oak hides under the bitterness And no bubbles at all

Mocna chmielowosc, kwiaty, mandarynki, lekki metal, a tak to zbozowosci sporo i dziki pazur, 3,9, s: kwasne, sciagajace, metaliczne, zbozowe, grejpfrutowe, nie jest octowe, ale mocno kwasnawe, trochw dzikksc ratuje temat, 3,8 overall.

Balance of fruit & funk. Cherry pits, oak, and heavy acid. Floral, musty on the nose with time. Finish on the shorter end, with some lingering dry bitterness on the tail. Low carbonation. Solid.
