I almost forgot how grape lambic tastes. Mineral. Stone fruit. Peachy. Grapes. Plums. Vanilla. Herbal. Lovely

Very little carbonation, very (re)fresh(ing). Rather less sweet and more sharp than the 2022 bottle. I prefer this one
