Very wild. Aroma is funky, horse blanket. Taste is vinous, fruity, young lambic, acidic, spicy. More carbonation than most Cantillon.

Kiwi and grapes in the aroma, tart fruity grapes flavour, dry finish. Very nice. 4.3

On nose still typical Racine-ish crushed grape stems and grape seeds. Lightly herbal and fresh moisturised soil after raining. On palate a little young pickle-ish, but much less than last year. Refreshing and good mouthfeel of bubbles. Right time to open.

トップからかなり強めの旨味酸味。酵母というよりは果実によるものがやや強め？ まだまだ若く角ばっていて量を飲むには一苦労。 スペックは間違いないと思うので、残り2本は数年寝かせたい。4.4.

Dry, vinous and grapey with some hints of floral notes, spices, lemon and citrus. Quite carbonated and sour, a bit aggressive.
