Excellente encore ! très beau vieillissement, carbo légère mais encore présente, peau de raisin, vin blanc sec, bon gros lambic, probablement l'âge idéal pour la boire. Merci alex d.

Gros funk au nez, abricot/peche en bouche avec finale acide persistante , longue durée et meilleur une fois qu'elle a respiré un peu

Excellent beer. Tartness balances out by the funk, but this one is much less funky than other Cantillon beers.

Have had this since our honeymoon in 2016! While most of the grape fruitiness has faded, there is a lingering soft underlying peachy stone fruit note that, combined with the leathery Brett notes and spritzy carbonation, make this very light and enjoyable!

Seems 6 years is the sweet spot. Black pepper, grape must and classic Cantillon funk

Bottled November 9, 2015. Sour apples, rather acidic, a little spicy. vibrant. We should had a little more funk. A solid sour.
