후추, 페퍼콘, 허브. 탄산감 약간 있고 산미도 강하지 않음. 끝에 통후추같은 향긋한 향이 오래 남는다.

Tweaked remake of last year's zwanze beer. MUCH better than the zwanze pour which was pure black pepper juice.

Belgian trip: Haven't tasted the Zwanze version & it truly works quite nice the pepper with lambic, even though I'm not into spicy things. I liked that pepper is not overwhelming & I could get the lambic character. Citrusy, zesty, dry, tart, funk. 4.35⬆️

Really nice - took me back to the Zwanze 2022 beer with that same thorough representation of pepper. Maybe not quite as dominant but still really strongly present.

오늘은 약간 민티한 느낌이 있구나. 마시면 당연하게 오는 후추 캐릭터. 산미, 달달함, 펑키함, 부재료의 캐릭터의 조화가 완벽하다. 기름진 꼬치구이, 후추 듬뿍 뿌려진 카르보나라 혹은 스테이크가 떠오른다. 예술이다.
