Hmmm it’s spicy and peppery but it’s cantillon but I’m just not sure on this one. Good if you like that spicy lambic kind of thing. Add a point for the spicy.

やはりペッパー的な香りというよりも檜のような、青くさい植物的な香りがメインな気がするな。飲むと確かに胡椒辛さあり、ライムから山椒的なニュアンスも。全体的にはジューシーな柑橘感ありバランス良いなあ。ズワンズの時のものより好みかも。底はオレンジや山椒の味わいが強めに。

April P&T Bottleshare #7 - A cantillon share that is massively full of pepper. Weird but good. Lots like the pepper sticks to the roof of your mouth and the beer is the bottom. Intriguing but not my favourite
