还算不错吧，4.2还是有的，入口轻微毛皮梅子混合着若隐若现的李子甜香，较为刺激的醋酸，接着是甜美的果甜，整体还是蛮好的，就是有点贵…不太值这个价吧

First taste seemed a bit simple, but by the second sip it opened up. Plums are dominant over a more generic fruitiness like cherries and redcurrant. Not bad.

Fruity, enjoyable plum touch. Controlled sourness. Slightly dry on the finish. Tart hint on the aftertaste

Imo, it's good, deep, and tasty but highly overpriced - 20€ for a 0.375 is too much. You can get Holy Goat, Cantillon, Antidoot for the same price or even lower 🙄

4y later - der Dude ist alt geworden. Hat sich insgesamt gehalten - die Pflaume ist bitter-saure Rosine.

Belle robe, mousse blanche généreuse, au nez les prunes sont présentes mais sans être désagréable. En bouche le goût des prunes se mélange super bien à l'acidité de la bière.

Yes this is more like it.. acidity goes with complexity (clearly spontaneous yeastwork). A deep plum sweetness lifts it all up. Big thumbs up for this one 😃👍🏼

Die Pflaume schlägt sich immer noch wacker, aber der Holzwurm schlägt zu. Korkiger Funk, feine Fruchtrestsüße und Puffreis-Allüren
