Wine with body. Almost chewy like a stout. Pleasantly sweet. Dense mouth feel. Nice bready flavor.

Wowee wow. That's boozy. But fruity, some wicked caramel in the finish yet sort of dry. Smooth. A little 6oz snifter is for sure enough though.

A barrel-aged wheat wine ale?! Never heard of it before. Nice and sweet, mellow, and better as it warmed. Recommended. From April 29th.

P: honey brown, clear, mild foam with lacing that lasts. S: caramel, malts, bourbon. Med-thick bodied, oily. T: malty, sweet caramel, maple syrup there. Flavorful and smooth; very nice and similar to Crumudgeons Better half or backwoods bastard. Nice Pops

Interesting. Maybe there’s a little much going on in this beer. Hint of wine on the nose, and then the taste buds 👅 get confused. Wine? Bourbon? Maple syrup? Boozy with an interesting syrup sweet finish.

Sweet, maple, caramel, syrupy with boozy bourbon throughout. Wonderfully balanced and unique. Quite enjoyable. 4.2

Lots of honey, maple, oak, vanilla, super earthy, and a sweet crystal and wheat malt character. Medium-full body. Pretty nice, very drinkable at 12.8%.

Quite hot (alcohol). Notes of butterscotch and the I get lots of the bourbon from the barrel aging.

A wheat wine style ale with maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels. Where does the madness end!? But ya, I mean, it's pretty damn delicious.

The way it hits is almost like a mead. This is 11-22 batch so only aged 6 months. I think time will improve it. It’s all sweetness and heft now. Even young, the booziness is subtle for a nearly 13 ABV under the wall of malts and maple. Overly sweet.
