Thinned out a bit. Deep coffee and chocolate with dashes of nuance. Tasty enough but almost zero carb.

Stora KBS provningen, den äldsta är nu helt slät utan kolsyra, choklad kaffe, årgången bör nog dock drickas upp😄

Why not a coffee stout vertical at 9pm? 😑 This one is super tasty though. The coffee is pretty subdued but the bourbon really jumps out at you with a chocolatey roastiness. Served too cold but it blooms nicely after warming up a bit.

Yes, Early arriving at Brussels overnights nowadays, perfect for some beers at Brussels. KBS 2017 on the draft. Superfriendly bartender pooring me a full teku glass. Of course served too cold🙃 when @ temperature, heavy roasted coffee notes, firm bitter😊

Super smooth and creamy at this point in the aging process. Most coffee is long gone.

Love the heavy coffee and chocolate presence with the subtle bourbon barrel frame. It's always great to get one of these No Longer in Production brews

Cellar pull to celebrate new gig. Way past it's prime. Light body, slight espresso and cocoa. Finishes light and quickly fades. As expected, 7 years is to long for this one.

No head or carbonation. But still big cocoa bitter and boozy not great but surprisingly good for 7 yrs

Apparently I had a poor bottle in 2019, but this one did surprisingly well. Coffee is no longer the beast it once was. Very mellow.

Beer of the Moment at Ashley's. Dark, bitter, boozy, and a little caramel, with a little bourbon after it warmed. Seven years old. As the waitress said, the bottle has had a rough journey.

Quercus 2010

Strong and boozy. Nice body, notes of coffee, chocolate, and caramel. This has aged 7 years (and the bottle is showing it's age) if it was once sweet it isn't anymore.
